As statutory consultees, QDCC will be submitting comments on the application below.
Cala have engaged with QDCC and the public throughout the preparation of the final planning application, so concerns and requests have been addressed along the way.
Please let us know by Saturday 12th December latest if you have any further concerns so we can consider including them in our submission.
As a reminder, the site was approved for housing back in 2016 under LDP, it is the detail of the plan that we need to comment on.
