The planning applications for the Builyeon Rd site are all currently live on CEC’s website (planning portal).
One for the housing development, one for the commercial site and one for the Residential Care Home.

Comments through the planning portal are open until 10th Sep 2021 on the housing application and until 17th Sep for both the commercial and care home applications.
