Stress Management courses – free

Due to very few people having signed up for the Life After Lockdown workshops so far, we have decided to postpone the start date by one week. We hope that this will allow more people to make use of the service.

Please share this far and wide, it would be such a shame for this to have no participants!

1 September – Self care and Habits
8 September – Control and Boundaries
15 September – Thinking Styles
22 September – Resilience

Has covid-19 turned life upside down? How do we cope with life after lockdown? Come and practice things that can make us feel less stressed and overwhelmed. Topics include: Breathing, Take Notice, Self-care and Habits, Thinking styles, Control, Boundaries and Resilience.

We are running a series of 6 workshops weekly on Tuesdays 1 – 2:45pm on Zoom starting on Tuesday 18th August.

The workshops are based around skills and tools that might help people feel less stressed, anxious and overwhelmed by the current situation. It can be applicable as well to those who experience anxiety regardless of Covid-19.

You can attend all 6 workshops, or only the ones that you fancy.
