A lot of patients will by now have seen information, or heard as part of our phone message, about signing up for a patient services account in order to continue ordering prescriptions electronically.

We have now created an online form on our website to help patients sign up as easily as possible.

❗️Please sign up for an account prior to Friday 26th November as this will be the last day we will accept web ordering or email requests.❗️

You can of course, continue to submit your written prescription request or prescription tear off slip to the surgery by post or by handing in, if this is your preference. Please keep in mind that we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
