Temporary Road Closure Princes Street & Queensferry Street, Edinburgh affecting multiple services 01 Sep 2022 to 17 Sep 2022
To allow road works to be carried out in safety, Princes Street & Queensferry Street, Edinburgh will be temporarily closed from Tuesday the 6th of September until Friday the 16th of September which will have an effect on services X52, X54, X55, X56, X56B, X57, X58, X59, X59A, X60 and X61.
Due to the closure service will be unable to serve the QC and QE Stops at the West End and the PY Stop on Princes due to the diversions that will be in place that will see Northbound Services go via Princes Street onto Fredrick Street, George Street, Charlotte Square, Glenfinlas Street, Ainslie Place, Great Stuart Street and Randolph Crescent before continuing onto the normal route and Southbound Services go via Melville Street, Walker Street, Coastes Crescent and Shandwick Place to follow the normal route.
All closures and diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.
