The reason for writing is to kindly inform the Community Council that an open air music event will be staged at Hopetoun House on the weekend of May 20th & 21st, attached is a letter from the organiser (FLY) providing further information on the event which we would be most grateful if you could kindly share with your local community – organiser contact details are highlighted within the letter.
